Responsibilities
Develop and maintain quality standards, inspection plans, and process controls
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions using 8D methodology
Identify, document, and resolve non-conformances; revise procedures and work instructions
Perform statistical analysis, SPC, sampling plans, and cost-of-quality assessments
Support MRB activities, failure analysis, and supplier quality audits
Interface with customers to address quality concerns and corrective actions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
2+ years of Quality Engineering experience (manufacturing environment)
Prior customer-facing quality experience required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Aerospace background highly preferred (AS9100 experience a plus)
ASQ certification preferred
