Responsibilities
Develop and document end-to-end functional solutions, ensuring alignment with SAP best practices and "Clean Core" principles
Lead client workshops to assess current processes, map requirements to SAP Cloud capabilities, and manage the "fit-gap" analysis
Perform hands-on configuration of SAP S/4HANA Cloud modules (e.g., Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing)
Define integration approaches with non-SAP legacy systems using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP Cloud Integration Suite
Govern the design to ensure scalability, security, and compliance, overseeing data conversion, testing, and cutover activities
Support sales initiatives by providing expert estimations, building prototypes, and advising clients on their journey to the cloud
Qualification
Required
8-15+ years of SAP consulting experience, with at least 3+ years specifically in S/4HANA Cloud (Public/Private) implementations
Strong, hands-on experience with SAP Activate methodology
Deep knowledge in at least one major area (e.g., FICO, MM, SD, or Professional Services)
Understanding SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) for extensibility and API-based integrations
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, or related field
2-3 relevant SAP Cloud ERP certifications (e.g., S/4HANA Cloud Finance, Procurement) are usually required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for managing C-level stakeholder expectations
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior consultants
Strong problem-solving skills to manage complex, customized environments
