InternMercury Systems is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Operations team. The intern will assist with daily tasks and projects, contributing to meaningful work that aligns with their academic background and career goals.

Responsibilities
Assist with ongoing projects and contribute ideas to support team goals
Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports or presentations
Participate in meetings, take notes, and help with follow-up tasks
Collaborate with team members to solve problems and complete assignments
Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and document organization
Learn and use company tools and software to complete tasks
Present a final project or report summarizing experience and key learnings (if directed) at end of the internship
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a university program pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business, engineering, marketing, computer science
A minimum GPA of 3.1 is required. You will be asked to submit your transcripts during the review process
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or relevant tools
Willingness to learn and have a positive attitude
This position requires you to have or obtain a government security clearance. Security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens
Preferred
Previous internship or related work experience
Familiarity with [industry-specific tools, e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Python, Salesforce, etc.]
Interest in pursuing a career in manufacturing or engineering
