Responsibilities
Work closely with attorneys on litigation and other related matters
Perform legal research and gather supporting information
Prepare court forms and ensure they are complete and compliant
Assist with court filings
Prepare litigation binders and organize case materials systematically
Maintain and manage the litigation calendar with attention to every detail
Draft, proofread, and format litigation documents to firm standards
Coordinate client communications and collect required information
Support attorneys in preparing for hearings, depositions, and deadlines
Ensure all filings and submissions meet court rules and timelines
Qualification
Required
3 to 5 years of related litigation experience
Strong litigation drafting and proofreading skills
Legal research capability and accuracy in information gathering
Ability to track deadlines across multiple matters without oversight
High level of organization and systemic work habits
Professional communication with clients, courts, and attorneys
Ability to support multiple attorneys while keeping work moving forward
Cooperative, attentive, and solutions-oriented work style
Comfort with learning and using legal and office technology systems
