Responsibilities
Lead the consolidation of all legal entities, including domestic and international operations
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
Ensure accuracy and completeness of intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and consolidation entries
Own the financial close process for consolidation activities and drive continuous improvement in close timelines
Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal accounting policies
Research, interpret, and implement new accounting standards as applicable
Support preparation of financial statements for external audits, lenders, and other stakeholders
Partner with external auditors and manage audit-related requests tied to consolidation and reporting
Partner closely with: Chief Accounting Officer, FP&A and operational finance teams, Plant controllers and international finance leaders
Provide guidance and oversight to accounting teams related to consolidation, reporting, and reconciliations
Act as a subject matter expert on consolidation, intercompany accounting, and financial statement presentation
Drive process standardization and automation across consolidation and reporting activities
Leverage ERP and consolidation tools to improve data integrity, reporting accuracy, and efficiency
Identify and implement best practices in financial reporting and close management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
8+ years of progressive accounting experience, with significant focus on financial consolidation and reporting
Strong experience preparing consolidated P&L, balance sheets, and financial statements
Deep knowledge of US GAAP
Experience working in a multi-entity, multi-location organization
Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and external auditors
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ownership mindset
Preferred
CPA or equivalent professional certification
Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or capital equipment environments
Exposure to international accounting and foreign subsidiaries
ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, or similar large-scale systems)
Prior experience in a high-growth or complex operational environment
