Responsibilities
Manage deployment of finished goods across manufacturing sites, DCs, and third-party facilities
Partner with production planning to align inventory deployment with production schedules
Monitor inventory levels, slow-moving items, and stranded stock to minimize obsolescence
Maintain accurate planning and master data in ERP systems (SAP, Maestro/Kinaxis)
Coordinate supply changes and timelines with vendors and internal teams (Operations, Marketing, Packaging)
Optimize deployment strategies (truck cube fill, ship mode, regional sourcing)
Support product launches, rollovers, and supply chain improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
SAP experience (minimum requirement)
2+ years of experience in a Supply Chain role (Inbound/Outbound Planning preferred)
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to communicate effectively and manage cross-functional relationships
Preferred
Experience with Maestro (Kinaxis RapidResponse)
Working knowledge of supply chain operations and inventory management
Experience with mill and distribution center operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Exposure to cost-savings and continuous improvement initiatives
