Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and develop new 503B customers, including health systems, hospitals, surgery centers, clinics, and other eligible entities
Execute outbound business development activities including calls, emails, virtual meetings, and limited in-person meetings to generate new opportunities
Qualify prospects by assessing clinical needs, purchasing processes, compliance requirements, and growth potential
Effectively communicate the value proposition of Revelation Pharma’s 503B offerings, including quality, compliance, reliability, and supply assurance
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline aligned with revenue targets and company growth objectives
Support onboarding of new 503B customers, coordinating internal resources to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction
Serve as the primary commercial contact for assigned accounts, maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships
Develop account plans focused on volume growth, product expansion, and contract optimization
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts based on utilization trends and customer needs
Conduct regular business reviews with customers to assess performance, address concerns, and identify growth opportunities
Partner with customer service, operations, and quality teams to resolve issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Ability to negotiate commercial contract discussions, including pricing structures, terms, renewals, and amendments, in alignment with company guidelines
Collaborate with sales leadership and finance to develop pricing strategies that balance competitiveness, margin, and long-term value
Ensure executed contracts comply with internal policies and applicable 503B regulatory requirements
Manage contract renewals and proactively identify opportunities for contract expansion or renegotiation
Monitor competitive activity, pricing trends, and market dynamics within the 503B outsourcing space
Collect and share customer feedback and competitive insights with sales leadership, marketing, and product teams
Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory updates, and evolving customer needs impacting 503B compounding
Represent the company professionally at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings as required
Work closely with senior sales leadership, marketing, regulatory, quality, operations, and finance teams to support sales execution
Coordinate internal resources to ensure accurate forecasting, timely order fulfillment, and compliant customer solutions
Support strategic initiatives related to Revelation’s growth, new product launches, and market expansion
Maintain alignment with overall 503B strategy and organizational goals
Accurately document all customer interactions, opportunities, and pipeline activity in HubSpot
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide regular updates to sales leadership
Track performance against revenue targets, activity metrics, and strategic objectives
Use data and analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or compounding sales
5+ years of progressive sales or business development experience; 503B, sterile compounding, or hospital sales experience strongly preferred
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical sales processes, contract negotiation, and pricing strategies
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a quota-driven environment
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Preferred
Knowledge of 503B regulations, compliance standards, and healthcare purchasing processes preferred
