Responsibilities

Manage a team of System Site Reliability Engineers
Lead team strategy to meet operational targets and SLAs
Engage in all phases of Incident, Problem, and Change Management
Establish and communicate team goals that align with organizational objectives
Identify and implement process improvement initiatives
Provide training and development feedback to team members
Monitor performance metrics and track team accomplishments

Required

5-7 years of Information Technology Service Management experience
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience leading IT professionals in Cloud SaaS and various operating systems
Proficiency in incident, change, and problem management
Experience with application and infrastructure monitoring
U.S. citizenship required for Federal Security Clearance

Preferred

Healthcare IT experience is a plus
