Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in business operations, analytics, or a similarly cross-functional role
Strong SQL skills
Hands-on experience using BI tools such as Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI
Comfortable working with raw data
Building dashboards
Defining KPIs
Translating complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations
