Responsibilities
Capture, edit, and produce videos for corporate announcements, events, social media, and digital platforms
Develop short-form and long-form content tailored for specific channels and audiences
Maintain a library of raw and finished video assets for ongoing use
Conduct on-location and studio-style photography, including headshots, event coverage, and brand storytelling imagery
Edit and prepare photos for digital and print use, ensuring consistency with brand style
Partner with the external graphic design agency to create high-quality graphics, infographics, and visual assets
Provide creative briefs, brand guidelines, and visual direction to ensure design outputs meet project objectives
Review, provide feedback, and approve final creative files for use in campaigns and communications
Collaborate with the communications team to identify visual storytelling opportunities
Assist in curating content for newsletters, social media, websites, and other brand touchpoints
Manage multimedia assets, maintaining an organized and accessible content library
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Production, Communications, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2–4 years of experience in video editing, photography, and content creation
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects) or equivalent tools
Strong photography skills with experience in portrait and event photography
Familiarity with content optimization for web and social platforms
Strong eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; ClickUp and Entrata is a plus
