Responsibilities
Support month-end processes: cash clearing, journal entries, balance sheet reviews
Prepare ICB requests for intercompany cash transactions and perform cash clearings
Coordinate with Global ICB, BPO, and Treasury on intercompany netting and manual IHC payments
Review intercompany AR/AP aging reports and follow up on aged items
Perform intercompany out-of-balance analysis and resolve issues
Research and post uncleared cash items
Prepare bank open-item reconciliation reports
Maintain bank clearing documentation and tracking logs
Support SOX, Tax, and Audit requests, including internal/external audits and intercompany billings
Qualification
Required
Accounting knowledge and relevant work experience
SAP experience
Advanced Excel (large-volume data analysis)
Account reconciliations, focusing on intercompany transactions
Bank reconciliations and cash clearing experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
1–3 years of accounting/financial analysis experience
Strong SAP and Excel skills (required)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills
Preferred
Prior experience with treasury activities and intercompany transactions
