Responsibilities

Provide EXCEPTIONAL customer service that is fast, friendly and helpful for PragerU donor merchandise membership program and the online store
Data and database support, using Excel and Google Docs & Sheets
Make a variety of outbound calls to PragerU supporters regarding monthly donation plans, donor information requests, and calls to discuss their current contributions and process donation upgrades
Effectively communicate and articulate the impact of donations, emphasizing the benefits to the donor and the organization
Handle Objections: Address any concerns or objections raised by donors regarding upgrading their contributions, and provide appropriate responses to alleviate hesitations
Provide Excellent Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to donors, ensuring a positive and personalized experience throughout the interaction
Maintain Donor Records: Accurately record donor interactions, including notes on conversations, donation preferences, and any commitments made for future follow-up
Respond to donor and customer email inquiries regarding orders, billing, and technical problem notifications
Assist with packing and shipping store orders, marketing department merchandise promotions and other donor related mailings
Handle system inventory and inventory adjustments
Contributing to new and effective ways to help the office and warehouse move smoother
Process returns and product complaints
Issue credits and adjustments customers for store orders
Perform other assigned projects and functions as directed by management

Required

1-3+ years of relevant professional experience strongly preferred
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel (Docs/Sheets/Excel); Shopify experience is a plus
Strong written communication skills (email, letters, chat) with a concise and professional tone
Confident, professional phone presence; comfortable speaking with customers and donors regularly
Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively while meeting deadlines
Excellent organizational, multitasking, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
Ability to clearly and persuasively communicate the value of donation upgrades and build donor rapport
Resilient and persistent, with the ability to handle objections and rejection professionally
Strong time management and follow-through, including maintaining accurate outreach records
High integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to donor confidentiality and ethical standards
Passion for PragerU's mission and values
