Provide L1/L2 desktop support for hardware, software, and OS issues
Support Windows 10/11, basic Mac OS, and end-user applications
Manage Active Directory tasks (user accounts, password resets, group policies)
Troubleshoot network, printer, VPN, and connectivity issues
Work with ticketing tools to track, resolve, and escalate incidents
