Responsibilities
Perform Quality Control tests on incoming raw materials and finished products
Perform Research and Development testing new products
Provide technical assistance during the first run of new products
Perform special tasks, as assigned. Back up other QC technicians as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent knowledge required
Some manufacturing experience
Steady work history
Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures
General computer skills
Experience with Microsoft Office
Ability to interact with all levels of the organization
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to periodically walk around the production floor
Ability to bend, reach and lift up to 50 pounds
