Responsibilities

Validate, process, and track vendor invoices
Review Proof of Performance (PoP) to ensure accuracy, logic, and compliance
Confirm spend matches approved budgets and aligns with program plans
Submit marketing program approvals through internal systems
Work with legal to route contracts and obtain signatures
Maintain accurate documentation for all marketing activities
Create purchase orders
Coordinate with procurement, marketing leads, and supply chain
Submit inventory requests and enter forecast data
Ensure all processes, policies, and financial guidelines are followed
Provide problem-solving support for discrepancies, vendor questions, and system issues
Collaborate closely with internal teams and vendors

Required

Bachelor's degree
2+ years of experience processing invoices in an operations or finance environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Ability to work cross-functionally within a large organization
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to validate data logically

Preferred

Background in Finance or Accounting
Experience supporting operations within marketing or a similar fast-paced team
Familiarity with purchase order systems or inventory tools
