Responsibilities

Process and validate invoices; partner with Finance and A/P to ensure timely payments
Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
Review contracts and documents for accuracy
Submit and track marketing program approvals
Assist leadership with contract execution and recordkeeping
Partner with procurement to finalize vendors
Create purchase orders in BQMS
Request and track inventory using NERP; coordinate with supply chain and fulfillment teams
Enter and maintain inventory forecasts in GSCM
Prepare PowerPoint decks, Word documents, and Excel reports
Serve as a mentor and resource for contractors
Support ad hoc operational and administrative tasks as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree
2+ years of administrative or operations experience, including invoice processing
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and vendors
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Preferred

Experience creating purchase orders
