Responsibilities

Develop and execute category strategies for indirect spend
Lead supplier selection, contract negotiations, and performance reviews
Manage and mentor a team of procurement analysts
Oversee daily procurement operations and sourcing activities
Drive cost savings, risk mitigation, and compliance initiatives
Collaborate with Finance, Legal, IT, and other departments
Monitor market trends and adjust sourcing strategies
Implement procurement best practices and process improvements

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field required
5+ years of procurement experience, including indirect categories

Proficiency in procurement systems and data analytics
Ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams
Results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement

Preferred

Master's degree preferred
Experience in regulated industries preferred
