Monumental Sports & Entertainment (MSE) is one of the largest integrated sports and entertainment companies in the country, and they are seeking a Summer Media Relations Intern to assist with the communications department. The intern will be responsible for monitoring media coverage, managing team photographs, writing and editing materials, and assisting with media availabilities and projects.

Responsibilities

Monitor media coverage of the organization and compile daily clips email

Manage team photographs including archiving

Update the department’s distribution lists

Write and edit material for use in the team’s draft and development camp guides, as well as 2026-27 media guide

Assist with development camp media availabilities and projects

Monitor and compile coverage for the summer media coverage recap

Draft and edit press releases, media advisories and other editorial content

Perform additional duties as assigned

Required

Working towards a bachelor's degree in communications, English, journalism, business, sports management or other related major

Available to work Monday through Thursday

Strong writing, editing, communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work on timeline, manage multiple tasks while working independently or as part of a team

Familiarity with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
