Responsibilities
Administer and maintain JIRA, ADO, Artifactory, and associated CI/CD tools for multiple development teams
Lead tool migration projects, including migrating from ADA to JIRA or other platform consolidations
Configure workflows, permissions, dashboards, boards, and custom fields in JIRA/ADO to support Agile/Scrum processes
Manage artifact repositories, version control, and deployment processes in Artifactory
Support CI/CD pipelines: troubleshoot build/deploy issues, configure automated testing, and ensure smooth release processes
Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to integrate tools, enforce best practices, and optimize workflows
Monitor tool usage, performance, and system health; identify opportunities for improvement and automation
Provide training and support to team members on tools, workflows, and best practices
Document tool configurations, processes, and migration plans
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience as a Tools Administrator, DevOps Engineer, or similar role
Hands-on experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, Artifactory, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar)
Experience with tool migrations and consolidations (e.g., ADA to JIRA)
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum workflows, release management, and software development processes
Familiarity with version control systems (Git, SVN, etc.) and artifact management
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with multiple teams
Preferred
Experience with scripting or automation to streamline tool administration tasks
Exposure to cloud-based DevOps platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Knowledge of integration between development tools (e.g., linking JIRA issues with CI/CD pipelines)
