Responsibilities
Work closely with principals and designers on projects of varying size and complexity
Manage all phases of design, from conceptual planning through to construction administration
Demonstrate a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
Qualification
Required
Professional Architectural Degree with architectural training
1-3 years of residential design experience
CAD, Photoshop, and Sketchup experience
2D rendering and 3D modeling experience
Proficiency in Adobe Suite
Ability to multitask, collaborate effectively on project teams, and work well under deadlines
Flexibility to travel within the Greater Boston area
Effective and proactive verbal and written communication skills
Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Exceptional design visualization skills
Ability to translate concepts into functional construction designs
Preferred
Experience with Archicad a plus, but not required
