Responsibilities
Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Partner with the global Talent team to identify and engage exceptional candidates across a wide range of business functions, utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and Ashby to unearth top talent
Pipeline Management: Drive the top of the funnel by reviewing applications and conducting initial outreach to ensure a steady flow of quality candidates
Interview Logistics: Manage interview scheduling for the US team, ensuring a seamless, high-velocity experience for candidates and hiring managers
Data Integrity: Maintain rigorous data hygiene within our ATS (Ashby) to support accurate reporting on hiring metrics
Onboarding Execution: Collaborating with our global People Operations & IT teams, you will manage the physical onboarding process for new hires in NY, including hardware handover, welcome orientation, and first-week logistics to ensure a world-class joining experience
Event Coordination: Act as the local point person for the Marketing team to support the execution of industry events, dinners, and recruitment meetups hosted in the NY office
Local Support: Provide ad-hoc assistance to the global Operations team, stepping in to handle on-the-ground requirements and logistics when physical support is needed
Culture: Support the People team in organizing internal initiatives that foster a high-performance culture and team connectivity
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of experience in recruitment, operations, or a coordination-heavy role
Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment is an advantage
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, from scheduling loops to event logistics, without compromising attention to detail
Professional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the Vertice brand to external candidates and stakeholders
Comfortable working with modern productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack)
Experience with an ATS (Ashby preferred) or LinkedIn Recruiter is highly desirable
A proactive self-starter who is willing to roll up their sleeves and take ownership of tasks, no matter how big or small
