Responsibilities
Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions
Lead technical discovery and design sessions with client stakeholders
Present architectural recommendations and solution designs in clear, professional language
Manage technical scope, constraints, and expectations throughout the engagement
Serve as the primary escalation point for all technical questions and issues
Define end-to-end Salesforce architecture for complex, multi-cloud implementations
Design integration between Salesforce and external systems using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, and middleware tools
Evaluate and design solutions that support large data volumes (LDV) and high-performance use cases
Create technical design documents, data models, integration specifications, and sequence diagrams
Ensure all solutions follow Salesforce best practices, security standards, and platform limits
Provide hands-on technical guidance to Technical Leads and Developers
Hands on development with Experience Cloud required
Hands on development work in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and integration frameworks as needed
Establish and enforce coding standards, integration patterns, CI/CD practices, and testing strategies
Validate that the implemented solution aligns with the approved architecture
Support troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization activities
Identify and escalate critical project risks and scope changes
Support sales and pre-sales efforts, including solutioning and change order reviews
Provide architectural leadership and platform guidance to internal teams
Qualification
Required
10+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience
5+ years of Salesforce Technical Lead/Lead Development experience
3+ years Salesforce Experience Cloud experience Required
Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL and core Salesforce platform capabilities
Proven experience designing and implementing integrations using APIs and middleware
Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, governor limits, and data modeling
Experience designing solutions for large data volumes (LDV)
Understanding of DevOps tools and processes, including Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
Experience working on enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations in BFSI industry/domain
Preferred
Experience with other Salesforce products such as but not limited to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Financial Services Cloud
Experience with middleware tools such as Informatica, Hadoop or similar
Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as React
Familiarity with data migration tools and ETL processes
Experience working in Agile environments
