We’re hiring a Junior Architectural Sales Specialist to help grow our Stealth access panel business through a combination of sales execution and specification influence. This role involves working with architects, designers, contractors, and internal sales teams to help get products specified into projects and sold into the field.

Support sales efforts in your territory
Build relationships with architectural and design firms
Help get products specified into projects
Track projects from design → bid → build
Support bids, specs, and project documentation
Participate in demos, presentations, and site visits
Build pipeline and CRM discipline
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 1-3 years of proven sales or business development experience in the construction /building material industry
Coachable, driven, and curious
Comfortable talking to professionals and decision-makers
Organized and accountable
Interested in architecture, construction, and design-driven selling
Motivated by growth, not comfort
