Responsibilities
Consult with homeowners, builders, and designers
Guide selections across flooring, countertops, kitchens, baths, fireplaces, doors, windows, and more
Lead clients through the showroom experience
Prepare quotes, manage orders, and follow up consistently
Build long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral business
Stay current on design trends and product knowledge
Work closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and people skills
Friendly, professional, and service-minded
Interest in design, interiors, or home improvement
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable managing multiple projects at once
Self-motivated and eager to learn
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
1–3+ years in customer service, retail, showroom, or home improvement sales preferred
Experience with flooring, cabinets, countertops, windows/doors, or design a plus
Basic computer skills and comfort with quoting/order systems
Ability to read plans or measurements is helpful
