Responsibilities

Manage sales performance planning, including budget vs. actual analysis, forecasting accuracy tracking, and deviation reporting to support strategic decisions
Analyze internal sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities, risks, and performance drivers
Drive execution of sales strategies by developing action plans, coordinating stakeholders, and tracking progress to ensure alignment
Lead cross‑functional projects with Marketing, Customer Service, Production Control, and Product Support to improve processes and operational efficiency
Prepare executive‑level presentations, dashboards, and monthly/quarterly performance summaries for senior management
Support sales forecasting and pipeline management through data validation, scenario analysis, and forecast maintenance
Monitor competitor actions, pricing trends, and industry developments to support strategic planning
Produce comprehensive reports and data visualizations to communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations

Required

Experience in sales performance planning, including budget vs. actual analysis, forecasting accuracy tracking, and deviation reporting
Ability to analyze internal sales data, customer behavior, and market trends
Experience in driving execution of sales strategies by developing action plans and coordinating stakeholders
Experience leading cross-functional projects with teams such as Marketing, Customer Service, Production Control, and Product Support
Ability to prepare executive-level presentations, dashboards, and monthly/quarterly performance summaries
Experience in sales forecasting and pipeline management, including data validation and scenario analysis
Ability to monitor competitor actions, pricing trends, and industry developments
Experience producing comprehensive reports and data visualizations
