Responsibilities
Install, commission, and service automated packaging machinery
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and PLC-related issues
Provide remote technical support and on-site customer training
Complete accurate service documentation and expense reports
Participate in hands-on training, including 3–4 weeks at the company’s European headquarters
Qualification
Required
Strong electrical foundation (industrial, automation, military electronics, or similar)
Mechanical aptitude
Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics
Associate degree or equivalent technical training
Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable with extensive travel
Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a passport
Successful background and DMV check required
Preferred
PLC experience helpful (Beckhoff preferred; Siemens/Allen-Bradley a plus)
