Responsibilities
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, performance, and regression testing
Design and implement automated test frameworks and scripts using Python, Java, or C++
Perform manual and automated testing , including defect tracking and root cause analysis
Collaborate with software, hardware, and product teams to define test objectives and scenarios
Participate in design reviews, code inspections, and requirements discussions to ensure testability
Analyze test results and metrics to identify quality trends and improvement opportunities
Maintain and enhance test environments, tools, and test data repositories
Support continuous improvement of testing methodologies and best practices
Stay current with emerging testing tools, technologies, and industry standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
3-6 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance
Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies
Hands-on experience with test automation tools (Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Robot Framework)
Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++
Experience working in an Agile development environment
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience with NI Platform Validation
Experience using Vector tools (CANalyzer, CANoe, CANape)
Preferred
Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
Software testing certifications (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)
Knowledge of DevOps practices and infrastructure automation
Experience testing embedded systems, IoT devices, or hardware components
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards (FDA, ISO, IEC)
