Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations across all supply chain functions, including Strategic Sourcing, Procure-to-Pay, Accounts Payable, Materials Management, ERP and supply chain systems, Data & Analytics, Project Design & Enablement, budgeting, and HR
Drive performance through KPIs, process monitoring, and timely reporting to leadership
Ensure departmental adherence to SOPs, protocols, and project documentation
Lead high-impact initiatives focused on savings, efficiency, automation, and process redesign
Analyze business needs, assess feasibility, develop requirements, and implement solutions across enterprise supply chain functions
Coordinate and manage multiple cross-functional projects concurrently, ensuring governance, measurement, and sustained outcomes
Serve as a trusted partner to executive, clinical, and operational leaders, facilitating collaboration and removing barriers to success
Develop and execute communication strategies for initiatives, ensuring clear visibility and alignment across the system
Lead senior directors and indirectly manage a large, diverse workforce, including unionized teams
Foster a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused culture anchored in accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field required
10+ years of progressive management experience in healthcare supply chain operations, with exposure across multiple supply chain areas
Demonstrated experience overseeing large teams and complex operations, ideally within an academic medical center or integrated delivery network
Knowledgeable in: Healthcare Supply Chain Management functions; Vendor Management, Talent Management, Contracting, Project Management, Healthcare standards; ERP, Contracting Software, Inventory Systems; Healthcare Indirect and non-clinical spend categories; and Accounting principles, cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, market and supplier research and analysis
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and enterprise supply chain systems
