Responsibilities
Handle Auto/Bodily Injury claims end-to-end, including complex and high-severity files
Evaluate coverage, liability, damages, and overall claim exposure
Negotiate settlements and manage claims through litigation and mediations
Liaise with policyholders, claimants, attorneys, and other stakeholders
Ensure compliance with Florida regulations and internal guidelines
Maintain accurate, detailed claim documentation
Collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors
Monitor claim developments and make timely, strategic decisions
Qualification
Required
Active Florida Adjuster License (required)
3-5 years of experience handling Auto/Bodily Injury claims
Florida claims experience, including knowledge of state regulations and liability standards
Experience managing litigated BI claims and mediations
Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage complex claims with a proactive, detail-oriented approach
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Preferred
Municipal / public entity claims experience (auto, BI, or governmental exposure preferred)
