Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and maintain modern web applications using React, Python, and related technologies
Collaborate with product owners, developers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Design, implement, and optimize data workflows and APIs supporting trading and analytics use cases
Ensure application performance, reliability, security, and code quality through best practices, reviews, and testing
Work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment, managing priorities and delivering on tight deadlines
Communicate clearly and proactively with team members and external partners to resolve issues and drive projects forward

Qualification

Required

Advanced experience in front‑end development with React, plus strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills
Senior‑level proficiency in Python, including Pandas and ETL workflows, plus experience with Node.js or similar backend technologies
Hands‑on experience with relational and non‑relational databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Azure, with working knowledge of AWS and Google Cloud
Experience with Git‑based version control and CI/CD pipelines, including automation tools
Proven ability to build and maintain scalable, maintainable web applications with a focus on performance, reliability, and clean code
Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills
Highly adaptable and comfortable working in fast‑moving environments with shifting priorities

Preferred

Strong SQL expertise, including data modeling, indexing, and query optimization
Hands‑on experience with Databricks and Snowflake
Experience designing and maintaining scalable data ingestion pipelines for structured and unstructured data from diverse sources
Proficiency in data curation, ensuring datasets are clean, consistent, well‑documented, and aligned with business needs
Solid understanding of web performance optimization, security standards, and development best practices
