Responsibilities
Program, edit, and prove out G-code using Okuma OSP and Siemens/Heidenhain controls
Set up and operate Okuma Genos L300 CNC lathes (live tooling, offsets, chuck jaws, tailstock)
Set up and operate DMG MORI DMU 50 5-axis milling machines
Interpret complex blueprints, GD&T, and CAD models
Select tooling, fixturing, and machining strategies
Perform first-article and in-process inspections
Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and programming issues
Perform routine machine maintenance and tool changes
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of CNC machining experience
MUST have Mastercam programming experience
Strong experience with 5-axis mills and turning centers
Proven experience with Okuma OSP controls
Experience with DMG MORI DMU 50 (5-axis)
Ability to read complex prints and GD&T
Proficiency in G & M code programming
Strong shop math and problem-solving skills
