Lab Technician

Responsibilities
Perform routine laboratory tests and experiments
Develop and document experimental protocols and techniques
Train junior technicians and interns in procedures and safety
Analyze data and prepare technical summaries
Coordinate with vendors for equipment procurement and maintenance
Maintain laboratory safety, cleanliness, and compliance
Support customer complaint investigations as assigned
Assist with product verification during new product introduction
Qualification
Required
5+ years of laboratory or technical support experience in manufacturing or processing environment
Demonstrated proficiency in hands‑on laboratory tasks
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software
Preferred
Experience with aerosol or canister technology and related testing
Experience with Instron equipment and data collection
Familiarity with equipment troubleshooting and calibration
Bachelor's degree or higher in chemistry or a related field
