Qualification
Required
10+ years' experience in data architecture or enterprise data roles
Deep hands-on experience with Databricks (essential)
Strong background in AWS and Snowflake
Proven experience building platforms from scratch
Comfortable operating independently in lean teams
Strong business and stakeholder communication skills
