Business Development Executive - IT MSP
PrideStaff is a national staffing organization that delivers innovative solutions to employers' challenges. They are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to lead new client acquisition in Florida, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

Responsibilities
You will own the Full Sales Cycle—from prospecting to signing the contract
Hunt & Prospect: Identify new business opportunities among SMBs in Florida (Cold calling, Networking, Referrals)
Consult & Diagnose: Understand client pain points and present the Managed IT, Cybersecurity and Resilience solutions
Close The Deal: Negotiate contracts and sign Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) agreements
Relationship Management: Maintain the initial relationship to ensure retention and identify upsell opportunities
Qualification
Required
You must have a proven history of hunting and closing B2B deals
Brazilian Portuguese Fluency is mandatory (Spoken & Written). English Proficiency must be at a professional level for business negotiations
Must have valid US Work Authorization
Must reside in Florida and possess reliable transportation/driver's license for client visits
Must have a professional Home Office setup with own Laptop and Smartphone (BYOD)
High resilience, autonomy, and the ability to follow a structured Commercial Playbook
Preferred
Bachelor's degree is a plus, but not required. We value practical sales results over diplomas
Proven track record specifically in the MSP (Managed Service Provider) sector is a major differentiator
Active membership in business groups (BNI, Chambers of Commerce, Rotary, etc.) or established social circles that can generate trust-based referrals
Candidates who can demonstrate an existing network of potential B2B contacts or a book of business to leverage immediately will be prioritized
