Responsibilities
Lead and develop the Accounts Payable team as the AP Manager, ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing
Oversee all AP disbursements (checks, ACH, wires) in compliance with company policies
Manage vendor relationships, resolve payment issues, and partner with Purchasing on vendor setup
Review AP aging and month-end close activity while driving process improvements
Act as a hands-on, people-focused leader supporting daily AP operations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
8+ years of Accounts Payable experience within a manufacturing environment (food or food & beverage preferred)
Prior AP management or supervisory experience ideal for an AP Manager
Strong working knowledge of AS400
Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, team-first leadership style
