Responsibilities
Lead the strategic direction, design, and implementation of associate technology at Humana, focusing on Mac solutions
Oversee multiple systems and projects, including Mac Onboarding, Network, policy management, compliance, and automation across Mac technologies
Accountable for implementing business continuity and evaluating Mac security, privacy, network, and new device solutions across different lines of business
Partner closely with peers across Architecture, Product Management, Support Services, and Experience & Design
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Mac, Systems Engineering experience in a large-scale enterprise environment, specific to workplace technology solutions
5+ years of Systems Engineering ITIL experience, in design, analysis, configuration, and maintenance of complex systems software solutions and infrastructure
Experience designing and implementing highly scalable management systems and controls leveraging products including Jamf or other similar Mac Management solutions
Outstanding collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills with ability to facilitate technology strategy, requirements, and architecture conversations with all partners (management, business users, and technology resources)
Demonstrated extensive knowledge managing large, complex initiatives in a results-driven environment, and accountability of deadlines and value propositions
Strong knowledge of data governance, risk management and information security processes including SOC, CIS, NIST, HIPAA and PCI
Experience creating strategic roadmaps, reference architecture and engineering artifacts
Expertise working with user-centered design principles and methodologies
Experience with expanding a Device choice program for associates
Improving the Mac onboarding experience with an 'out of the box' enrollment
Experience with in-office WiFi improvements for Mac
Preferred
A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or other related field or any combination of relevant experience, education, and training
5+ years combined hands-on engineering and architecture experience (TOGAF) with public and private cloud, distributed computing, commercial off-the-shelf (COTS), and custom developed solutions
