Responsibilities
Own end-to-end technical design, architecture, and hands-on development on ServiceNow
Build and enhance workflows, custom applications, scripts, and integrations
Translate business requirements into scalable, high-performance ServiceNow solutions
Lead and mentor developers; assign work and perform detailed code reviews
Define and maintain technical standards, best practices, and platform governance
Design and support integrations using REST/SOAP and related technologies
Partner with architects and leadership to align solutions with long-term platform strategy
Support the full SDLC: design, build, testing, deployment, and production support
Qualification
Required
8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
Strong experience as a Technical Architect or Lead Developer
Deep expertise in ITSM (Incident, Request, Change, Knowledge)
Advanced hands-on skills with: Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Policies, Flow Designer
Custom applications and complex workflows
Experience leading and reviewing work for onshore/offshore development teams
Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
Strong experience in at least two of the following: CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping
Software or Hardware Asset Management
Security Operations (SecOps / VR / SIR)
Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
ServiceNow certifications (1–2 strong certs preferred): CSA, CIS, or CTA
