Responsibilities
Support SIT1, SIT2, and UAT testing cycles
Assist with load file verifications and data validation
Review and track PO migration activities
Support supplier change verification as needed
Assist in creating and updating training materials for Jaggaer and SAP S/4HANA
Support delivery of post–go‑live training and office hours
Provide in‑office support to answer stakeholder system questions
Participate in hypercare and stabilization activities after go‑live
Troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary
Help ensure smooth adoption of new procurement processes and tools
Assist the Center of Excellence with ad‑hoc analytics
Prepare PowerPoint presentations and reporting materials
Support OneERP project activities between major milestones
Qualification
Required
Experience with SAP (S/4HANA preferred)
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Independent thinker with a proactive mindset
Comfortable working in a dynamic, post–go‑live environment
Preferred
Exposure to SAP or other ERP systems (not necessarily a developer)
Experience in procurement operations, business systems, or ERP transformation
Comfort working through testing cycles, data migration, and system cutovers
A hands‑on, detail‑oriented approach to problem solving
