Responsibilities
Produce detailed plans and details for concrete, masonry, structural steel and wood framed building structures
Coordinate and consult well with internal and external Team members
Create detailed work products based on preliminary concepts and sketches
Make modification to models through the course of design, through construction and to create record drawings
QA/QC correlation between modelling and two-dimensional deliverables
Qualification
Required
2 or more years with REVIT experience with an Associate's degree or certification from a technical school
Proficient in Autocad
Must be able to exercise independent judgment using technical knowledge
Strong attention to detail with emphasis on organization / time management
Ability to work under deadline pressure
Excellent communication skills with team members within office and external client contacts
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in related discipline (Architecture, Civil Engineering, etc.) is preferred but not required
