Responsibilities

Manage Investor Relations email inbox
Respond to investor communications promptly, professionally, and accurately
Track and maintain detailed records of investor preferences, commitments, and relationships
Support investor onboarding by collecting documentation and following up as needed
Assist with the delivery of quarterly reporting requirements
Manage investor ticket placement process
Proactively identify ways to improve investor experience
Maintain critical internal spreadsheets
Enter, organize, and analyze investor and fundraising data
Support fundraising efforts through database analysis and initial outreach preparation
Prepare, deliver, and organize documentation for investment transfers
Assist with year-end tax preparation
Process and track weekly investor distributions
Prepare and deliver distribution and capital balance spreadsheets
Liaise between accounting and investors for seamless capital movements
Coordinate between internal teams and investors to resolve distribution-related questions/issues
Build and maintain accurate investor profiles and investment records in the investor portal
Aid in setting up new offerings and investments
Manage document uploads, notifications, and reporting within the portal

Required

Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university required
Advanced Excel skills required (comfort with formulas, large datasets, and accuracy-driven work)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent organizational, attention to detail and administrative skills
Critical thinking and ability to troubleshoot issues creatively
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfortability in speaking with HNW investors
Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
Reliable, hard-working, and responsive
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism, accuracy, and integrity

Preferred

Business, finance, real estate, or related fields preferred
Experience with Juniper Square a plus
