End User Support Specialist
nextSource is a central information technology organization providing network infrastructure and enterprise services. The End User Support Specialist is responsible for network and database administration, device management, and providing technical support for hardware and software for internal and external clients.

Provides network and database administration, device management, and administers processes, services and technical support for hardware and software for the organization's internal and external clients
Qualification
Required
Remote desktop support (e.g. Bomgar, Dameware)
Ticketing Systems (especially ServiceNow)
Hardware and software troubleshooting
Windows OS knowledge
Active Directory basics (unlock/reset passwords, machine accounts)
SCCM familiarity (software deployment, imaging)
Intune/device management knowledge
Network fundamentals (basic connectivity, printers)
2+ years of related work experience
Clean driver's license and use of own vehicle
High School Diploma and/or trade school required
Preferred
Certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, etc.) is a plus
