Provides network and database administration, device management, and administers processes, services and technical support for hardware and software for the organization's internal and external clients

Qualification

Remote desktop supportTicketing SystemsHardware troubleshootingWindows OS knowledgeActive Directory basicsSCCM familiarityIntune/device managementNetwork fundamentalsCompTIA A+ certificationHigh School Diploma

Required

Remote desktop support (e.g. Bomgar, Dameware)
Ticketing Systems (especially ServiceNow)
Hardware and software troubleshooting
Windows OS knowledge
Active Directory basics (unlock/reset passwords, machine accounts)
SCCM familiarity (software deployment, imaging)
Intune/device management knowledge
Network fundamentals (basic connectivity, printers)
2+ years of related work experience
Clean driver's license and use of own vehicle
High School Diploma and/or trade school required

Preferred

Certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, etc.) is a plus
