Responsibilities
Execute effectively in a fast-paced environment, quickly adapting to shifting priorities
Develop creative, structured solutions to complex accounting and operational challenges
Lead and manage projects, ensuring timely, high-quality execution
Build collaborative relationships across the organization to influence decisions and advance strategic initiatives
Facilitate meetings, communicate recommendations, and deliver presentations to varied audiences, including senior leadership
Conduct independent research to support the resolution of complex business and accounting issues
Demonstrate strong accountability, ownership of assignments, and a commitment to continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Advanced degree such as an MSA, MBA, or equivalent is a plus
6-8+ years of progressive professional accounting experience, including tenure at a major public accounting firm and/or within an accounting policy function
CPA strongly preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and commitment to ongoing professional growth
Strategic and analytical thinking
Relationship building and influencing with a customer/team focus
Strong organizational, research, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently while also influencing outcomes in a complex organizational setting
Ability to lead through change and drive innovation
