Bookkeeper

Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and general accounting activities
Maintain accurate financial records with strong attention to detail
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
Reconcile bank and general ledger accounts
Support month-end close activities
Prepare reports and schedules using Excel
Communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners
Qualification
Required
Prior bookkeeping or accounting experience
4-year degree
Strong Excel proficiency
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
High level of accountability and ownership
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Preferred
Real estate or property management experience is a plus, not required
