Responsibilities
Defend employers and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation claims, minimizing liability through aggressive yet strategic approaches
Handle lien litigation, subrogation recovery, insurance coverage disputes, and walk-through settlements
Manage your caseload with partner support, including depositions, discovery, trial strategy, and motions
Tackle complex regulatory compliance and high-impact cases, from standard claims to trauma and serious injury matters
Qualification
Required
As little as 6 months experience in workers' compensation defense
Experience in defending employers and insurance carriers in workers' compensation claims
Ability to handle lien litigation, subrogation recovery, insurance coverage disputes, and walk-through settlements
Experience managing a caseload with partner support, including depositions, discovery, trial strategy, and motions
Ability to tackle complex regulatory compliance and high-impact cases, from standard claims to trauma and serious injury matters
