They are seeking an Information Security Lead to guide their security program, ensure regulatory compliance, and champion HITRUST-certified cloud operations across their products and teams.

Responsibilities
Build and manage our security program aligned with HITRUST r2, HIPAA, and SOC 2 frameworks
Lead cloud security strategy across Azure (primary) and AWS (secondary) environments
Oversee compliance with CMS Interoperability and Prior Authorization (CMS-0057-F) and FHIR® API requirements
Partner with engineering and product teams to embed security-by-design into our SaaS platform
Drive readiness for HITRUST certification and external audits
Lead incident response, vulnerability management, and GRC operations
Foster a strong security culture across a virtual, collaborative team
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with leadership experience in healthcare or SaaS
Proven track record implementing or managing HITRUST i1 or r2 frameworks
Strong background in Azure cloud security, FHIR® API security, and HIPAA compliance
Expertise with NIST 800-53, SOC 2, and ISO 27001 controls
Excellent communication skills and ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders
