Responsibilities
Lead the design and delivery of Power BI and Microsoft Fabric solutions for client engagements
Design Data Lakehouses, Warehouses, and custom ETL Pipelines in Fabric to support analytics and reporting
Develop high-performance Power BI semantic models, dashboards, and reports
Write and optimize DAX and SQL queries for complex analytical use cases
Advise clients on analytics architecture, governance, security, and best practices
Support deployments, environment strategy, and capacity planning in Fabric
Proactively interact with key client’s management to gather information, resolve problems, and make recommendations for business and process improvements
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or analytics consulting
A Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics or a related field
Advanced Power BI experience (data modeling, DAX optimization, deployment patterns)
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Lakehouse, Warehouse)
Strong SQL skills and experience working with enterprise-scale data
Understanding of cloud analytics architecture and data infrastructure
Experience delivering client-facing solutions and managing expectations
Understanding of Medallion Lakehouse architecture
Strong communication and presentation skills
Comfortable balancing hands-on delivery with advisory responsibilities
Preferred
Experience with Azure services (Data Factory, Synapse, Azure SQL)
Experience with data governance, security, and compliance
Previous consulting or professional services background
Experience using Python or similar scripting language for structured data analysis
