They are seeking a Key Account Manager to serve as the liaison between the company and clients, managing independent contractor drivers and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Manage a pool of independent contractor drivers to support parts delivery (15 drivers total)
Recruit and mentor drivers to meet the needs of the clients
Maintain contact with client on regular basis to address needs
Daily record keeping

Required

Excellent customer service skills with a can-do attitude, 'never say no to the customer!'
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that is ever changing
Must be reliable and responsible with great communication skills

Proficient in MS Office (specifically Outlook and Excel)
Must be a self-starter with willingness to learn

Preferred

1-3 years experience in the logistics or automotive industry
