Responsibilities
Lead and manage cleanroom and process integration projects from project kickoff through closeout
Develop and control project schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and resource allocation
Oversee project logistics, expediting, and coordination to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and client stakeholders to drive project success
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients and internal leadership on project status
Ensure adherence to contract requirements and client expectations
Maintain full accountability for the financial performance of assigned projects, including cost control and forecasting
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in Project Management, with strong skills in planning, execution, and performance tracking
Demonstrated expertise in logistics management, expediting, and inspection activities
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
Experience managing cross-functional teams and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Preferred
Background in cleanroom construction, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or high-tech manufacturing environments
PMP or other project management certification is a plus
