Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for following up with prospects, educating them about services, and closing sales while working in a dynamic hybrid environment.

Responsibilities
Follow up with prospects via phone and email, who have already received an estimate from us (minimum of 400 outbound calls per week)
Educate prospects on our company and the services we provide
Overcome objections
Compare quotes from other companies
Re-work bids, estimate new work
Close the sale
Help clients pick colors and make digital mock-ups
Help clients meet HOA guidelines for color selection and approval
Offer financing and educate clients about our payment options
Make new sales pitches/marketing emails periodically to stimulate pipeline
Effectively communicate with team members of other departments within the organization
Qualification
Required
At least 1 year of sales experience, phone customer service/account management/inside sales required
Previous construction/home improvement experience or knowledge NOT required
Possess and deliver upon our core values

Good communication skills over phone and email, good listening and relationship building skills
